We used 50 pounds of Roma Tomatoes, 40 Peppers, 10 Jalapeno peppers and 20 pounds of onions. And of course sugar, vinegar and salt. We worked for around 8 hours because it takes a LONG time to cook it down and process the jars.
What did we get out of our HARD labor.......
40 quarts of wonderful home made Salsa. Bring on the corn chips and maybe some cheese ;o)
