McKay
went to the National Mock-Trail Championship last week in Indiana with
the team from Woods Cross High School. They had worked so hard getting
ready for this. There were 48 teams from most of the States and a few
other countries.
Last year when McKay went they took 43th so they were hoping to do better this year when they knew what they were getting into :) The team took 23rd and did great!
They also gave out awards to the 10 Outstanding Witnesses and the 10 Outstanding Attorneys. Well McKay got one of 10 Outstanding Attorneys awards and was ranked the 5th best attorney in the nation from the High School teams. AND NO he does not want to be an attorney :o)
This was what he won. It is handmade in VERY HEAVY glass. AWESOME job Buddy you are in a class of your own!
